On the ground floor of the Villa is a very large games room. It has a drinks fridge, table tennis table, chess, a selection of books and games and a sofa and extra seating.

The games room is particularly useful for older children. If the weather isn't perfect it gives them a space to do their own thing.

NB Please note that the games room has a wide screen surround sound cinema system, but this should be considered as a free extra, the cost of which is not included in the rental price of the Villa. (This is because if previous guests cause damage to the system it will not be possible to repair or replace, so its functionality throughout the whole season cannot be guaranteed.)
