One of the main features of the villa is its 'terrazza panoramica', a very large L-shaped terrace that allows guests to really appreciate
the 360 degree views. From here you can walk straight out to the garden.

This stunning photo shows a view from the terrace of the snow-covered Corno Grande, the highest mountain in the Apennines, in February.

There is plenty of space on the terrace for everyone to do what they want - a bit of sun-worshipping on a sun-bed while sipping
an iced drink and reading a book,
sitting and chatting with a glass of wine, doing some birdwatching or even painting or photography. There is also plenty of room for
'al fresco' dining under the 'ombrellone'.

The 'suntrap' area is a very sheltered and private spot which has the sun most of the day.
So, if you want an 'all over' tan, this is the place to go!
This area also has a large barbecue.

The front balcony gets full sun first thing in the morning. It is a lovely place to have breakfast, but you might need your sunglasses, even at 7am!
It has views towards the Adriatic and you will often get a glimpse of the sun glinting on the sea. If you are up early enough, keep your camera
near to capture a stunning dawn picture, like the one below.

The undercroft is shady all day but catches the sun in the late afternoon. It's a really great private space where guests can barbecue, eat, drink and
have fun away from the heat of the Italian summer. |
