Villa Mandorla has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen-dining room, a separate lounge, a drinks lobby, a huge 30x20 feet games/media room with wide screen/surround sound cinema system and an outside BBQ and dining area. The villa is furnished in a very modern style with many original contemporary art works.
The lounge is very comfortable and modern with two large leather sofas with 'mechanismo relax' (seats that extend forwards for extra lollability) and plenty of coffee table space to park your gin and tonic!

The kitchen is spacious, well-equipped and modern with units in stainless steel and oak.
It has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave with second conventional oven and grill, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. There is also a kettle, toaster and even a breadmaker!
There is plenty of storage space and a large selection of Italian and Abruzzese cookery books.
The dining area has a table that normally seats six, but can extend to seat ten, so there's plenty of room for a dinner party!
The kitchen area has an island layout so that the cook can chat with everyone while preparing a meal. The kitchen/dining room looks out over the swimming pool and towards the Gemelli mountains.

The master suite has a few touches of opulence. It consists of a spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and dressing area with wardrobe.
The kingsize bed has satin drapes and velvet and satin cushions. There is a seating area with leather settee, coffee table and sheepskin rug, making the master bedroom a nice little retreat.
There are French windows that lead onto the terrazza panoramica, and you can sit in bed and look at the Gran Sasso mountains.

The second bedroom.
The second bedroom has a kingsize bed with satin drapes, bedside cabinets, desk, large wardrobe with drawers, extra under-bed storage drawers, armchair and coffee table. There is a third bedroom with two twin beds. It also has a large wardrobe, bedside cabinets and table.
The drinks area is a separate space with a large cabinet, shelves for glasses, wine rack and coffee maker.

New for 2010 is a very large games and media room. It has a drinks fridge, table tennis table, two sofas, extra seating and a wide screen cinema system with surround sound. There is a wide selection of DVDs for guests to watch, or they can move the furniture back and have a disco or party!
