The large garden boasts fantastic views in every direction, including four mountain ranges - Maiella, Gran Sasso,
Monte della Laga and even the Sibillini. There are also views of the Gemelli mountains, the historic town of Atri, the Adriatic Sea and the vineyards and olive groves surrounding the lovely little town of Arsita.
The Villa is only 20 minutes from the autostrada and is an easy drive from Rome and 4 airports.
